We were approached by the executive director of "Weber Comechanics" - a large company engaged in sales of metalworking equipment. In this organization, the service has been for many years an auxiliary department, performing mainly the tasks of commissioning the machines and performing warranty repairs. The project involves the implementation of several stages, including the development of a new service strategy and the transformation of the service from an auxiliary unit to a separate profit center.
